    I would buy from JB even if it is slightly expensive than other stores.

    Customer service bad. Went in today to buy a replacement charger for my MacBook Pro and experienced a lot of difficulty not helped by the store manager. I purchased the apple charger and asked to test it on my MacBook Pro but it appeared faulty. No orange charge light. Manager says my machine is at fault he would not believe me when I said that Apple Store had just done a diagnostic test saying nothing wrong with the machine. He asked for a paper copy of this.
    JB needs to improve this bad customer service and in future I will go direct to Apple Store for proper service.

    Great service from a girl called Marie. She sorted me out with a great deal for my phone that was cheaper than my current plan, but had more data. She also helped me with a great deal on a drone as well. Much cheaper than anywhere else and great friendly service. Thanks I will be back.

    Excellent range. Really helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. Staff seem to know a lot more (about products) than their competition (HN, good guys, etc).
    Only but when they are having major discount sales like the recent black friday sales week end of November, prices were $100s to $1,000 off e.g $2,700 Samsung 65 inch and 75inch smart high end TVs down to 1,500 and 1,600.

    The most overpriced store in our country. You can find products much cheaper at Officeworks, Harvey Norman and GoodGuys.
    Also, the staff is exceptionally rude
